Make sure your eyes and whole face are well lit. Avoid harsh bright lighting, and avoid lighting that casts shadows on your face - we want to see your whole mug. Incandescent and warmer white lights will give you a good healthy glow while LEDs are too blue and can make you look pale & icy, but maybe you want to look like a White Walker. That's up to you.
Before you complete your purchase, please double-check the skin tone of your 3D figure to ensure there are no weird bumps or lumps and that the coloring closely resembles the person scanned. If you see hot pink skin, then your 3D-printed figure will be hot pink. 🤷🏻♀️
Use the skin tone adjustor within the customizer section of our site to adjust brightness, saturation, and tint to ensure the best possible output. (This is at the bottom of the screen in the green bar, next to the hair and body selection.) If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
