What happens if I don't clear my face?

We are constantly improving our 3D scanning technology. Right now, the technology is great but requires that we get a clear view of your face without any obstructions. Glasses, bangs, long hair, headphones, and shirts with high collars can all appear to our system like they are actually part of your face. We wouldn't want that!

   

Our technology works really well when it can see your whole unobstructed face including your forehead, neck, and side of your face. Don't worry -- you can use any of our hairstyles after you complete your scan, and we are constantly adding more hair and hat options. We are also planning to provide awesome glasses, earrings, and other accessories as soon as we can.
